JOB
OBJECTIVES
- To
develop sales plans per account according to agreed standards.
-
To provide customers and potential customers with competitive
customised solutions.
- To
achieve targets for revenue and profit from accounts.
- To
establish a favourable climate with the customer so that
the company is regarded by the customer as the preferred
Quality supplier for communications products and services.

To influence or take part in the development of the Telecommunications
Strategy in selected accounts.
JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To
act as an interface in the provision of the companies
products and services to customers.
- To
establish the company as the preferred Quality Supplier
for the specified products and services.

To have a clear understanding of overall customers' needs
for specified products and services
- To
assist the development of a customer strategy for specified
products and services.
- To
extend the customer's use of the specified products and
services
- To
propose solutions to meet the current and future needs
of the customer
- To
achieve the sales plan
- To
provide a view and forecast for the specified products
and services
- To
provide regular feedback on business that is won and lost
and to provide regular sales reports.

To work within a team and to provide input into the team

To undertake other duties as required by the Line Manager
SKILLS
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum
2 years experience in a direct sales environment

Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
- Team
worker with business and commercial awareness
- Excellent
communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Self
starter with drive and initiative
- Educated
to diploma or degree level, ideally in a technical discipline
